Hard work, failures, discipline, diet, and motivation
As a plant-based, natural weight trainer, I had always heard how difficult building muscle without animal protein would be. Naturally, I wanted nothing more than to prove the naysayers wrong and by showing the results. I have been training for six years, and It has been a rollercoaster ride, to say the least.
A common misconception is that people believe it is easier to become fit eating a plant-based diet, but that’s completely false. Growing and maintaining muscle on a vegan diet is challenging but attainable if you’re willing to put the work in.
Through hard work, failures, discipline, diet, and motivation, I have found success. I know everyone out there is capable of finding their own success as well. I strive every day to share the knowledge I've gained with fellow trainers who are also plant-based.
